Covid Policy


Fever, cough, difficulty breathing and loss of smell or taste are common symptoms of the coronavirus. If you're experiencing these symptoms and think you may have been exposed to COVID-19, PLEASE RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT.

COVID-19 Office Policy for Chiropractic Treatment

Since we are a place of public accommodation, other persons (including other patients) could be infected with COVID-19 with or without their knowledge. To reduce COVID-19 exposure, self-screening and vigilant attention to personal hygiene will be observed at our office.


*If you have been diagnosed or have experienced COVID 19 symptoms in the past 10 days (respiratory distress, cough, sore throat, fever, loss of smell or taste…etc.) please RESCHEDULE your appointment to once you are no longer experiencing symptoms. Follow up with your Primary Care Provider if warranted.

*If you have been in contact with someone recently diagnosed with COVID 19 or have been in a high-risk area please wear a mask during your appointment or reschedule your appointment for at least a week (if symptom free).

Social Distancing

*No walk-in patients will be accommodated. Scheduled appointments only.

*When scheduling please confirm that all paperwork is completed prior to arrival and up to date.

Masks and Hygiene

*Masks are not required in the office. If you prefer Dr. Boothby to wear one during your appointment, please communicate this at the start of your appointment.

*We air out the treatment rooms between patients. Help us stay on time to keep everyone safer.

Please notify Dr. Boothby's chiropractic office if you become ill with COVID 19 within a week of treatment at office.
